At LightfxLighting, we strive to provide high-quality custom lighting solutions tailored to your needs. We understand that under certain circumstances, returns or exchanges may be necessary. To facilitate this process, we have established the following returns policy:
RETURNS POLICY: In the event that you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused and in the original packaging.
FAULTY ITEMS: Please tell us immediately if you receive a faulty item, we will either replace or repair the item in question. All our products come with a full 12 Month Warranty.
This Warranty does not cover any Product that is (1) installed incorrectly, or (2) damaged by any other means.
The Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the Purchaser of the product and does not cover the installation.
Installation should be carried out by competent individual. Incorrect installation may cause damage to the Product and to the vehicle.
CONDITION OF RETURNS: It’s important that returned items are kept in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care and keep all the packaging.
PRODUCTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL, REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on: – Made to order (bespoke items)
